Privacy policy

The short version: the game keeps your saves on your own device and nothing else. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nobody is tracked.

Who is responsible

The controller for any personal data mentioned on this page is DoorDarius B.V., Zwolle, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 42101671. FullSpeed Games is its trade name. You can reach us at hello@fullspeedgames.com.

The game

Donna's Quest: Rogue stores its save data, settings and progress in a folder on your own computer. That data never leaves your device through the game. The game has no accounts, no login, no online features, no analytics and no crash reporting that sends data to us. We do not know who plays it or how.

If you delete the game's save folder, that data is gone. We keep no copy.

If you buy or wishlist the game on Steam or another store, that store processes your data under its own privacy policy. Valve's policy for Steam is at store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement. We only see the aggregated sales and wishlist numbers the store shows to every developer, never your name or account.

This website

fullspeedgames.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics, no fonts from third parties, no embedded videos and no social media scripts. Everything on the page is served from our own domain.

The pages are delivered by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel may keep short-lived technical logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, to run and protect the service. We do not receive, read or combine these logs. The legal basis for this processing is Vercel's and our legitimate interest in keeping the site online and secure (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Vercel's own privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

When you email us

If you write to hello@fullspeedgames.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), or the steps needed before a contract if you ask about a commercial matter (article 6(1)(b)). We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for answering you and for any follow-up, and we delete it after that. We do not add you to any list.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. In practice the only personal data we may hold is an email conversation with you. Send your request to hello@fullspeedgames.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Children

Because the game and the site collect no personal data, no special measures for children are needed. If a child emails us, we answer the question and delete the conversation afterwards.

Changes

If the game or the site ever starts processing personal data in a new way, for example through online features or a newsletter, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. We will not apply a change to data we already hold without telling you.
